Crafted from premium 3-inch T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing, this exhaust system is corrosion-resistant and built to outlast your vehicle.
Precision TIG-welded for enhanced strength, durability, and leak-free operation, the system employs a unique V-band fastening system featuring Clampco® clamps and CNC-machined T316 stainless steel flanges, guaranteeing a perfect, secure, and reusable connection every time. The locked V-band rotation technology ensures the downpipe remains securely fastened to the engine, eliminating flange rotation during aggressive acceleration.
Optimized design elements include an OEM catalyst positioning with a 200-cell metallic matrix high-flow catalytic converter, significantly reducing power loss while maximizing catalytic efficiency. The OEM-inspired heat shield effectively reduces radiant heat in the engine bay. An 80mm to 76.2mm smooth-flow transition from the turbo outlet to the downpipe enhances airflow, ensuring maximum turbocharger efficiency. Factory-placed oxygen sensor locations eliminate the need for wiring extensions or modifications.
The 8-inch corrugated stainless steel flex section offers durability and leak-proof performance, absorbing engine movement without over-stressing factory mounts. Complementing the system's performance is a straight-through, free-flowing muffler design that minimizes restriction and backpressure for maximum power output.
Advanced acoustics technology includes a sound reflection chamber and perforated chambers packed with high-density, high-temperature fiberglass wool, providing a deep, refined exhaust tone and eliminating undesirable frequencies.
