OEM auxiliary A/C belt tensioner. Roller is 70 mm diameter, 26 mm wide. This tensioner fits Sprinters with the high performance A/C for passenger compartment, 190 HP engine, and PTO at front with the carrier for extra 220 amp alternator. Note: This is not the main accessory belt tensioner (6422001370). Please check the part number before ordering.

Guaranteed to fit the following models:

  • 2007-2018 Sprinter NCV3 3.0L V6 OM642 Diesel
  • 2019+ Sprinter VS30 3.0L

Also note: Due to engine number splits, please verify fitment of this belt tensioner.
