Guaranteed to fit the following models:

  • 2004-2006 Sprinter T1N 2.7L OM647 Diesel

Installation Instructions:

  • Do not install right away
  • Make sure the ignition is in off position
  • Plug in the actuator electrical port first
  • Turn the key to ON position but do not start vehicle
  • Arm on the actuator will adjust with the memory the turbo on the vehicle
  • Once the arm is set turn the key to OFF position
  • Install actuator on the turbo (you are all set)

Note to all Installers: If after replacing the actuator, arm is still "sticking," replacing turbo is necessary. Replacement Actuator is still good for future use.
